Implementation Workshop FAQ
Is the workshop a consulting engagement?
No. It is optional premium onboarding for Doconio. We help configure and use the agreed software workflow; business, legal and compliance decisions remain with the customer.
What does productive in one day mean?
It means the agreed starting workflow is usable with real or expressly approved pilot data. It does not mean every process, supplier, document and integration is rolled out in one day.
What must be prepared beforehand?
The customer provides the relevant key users, one prioritized use case, prepared access decisions and representative data that may be used during the workshop.
Is full data migration included?
Representative starting data is included in the shared setup. Large historical migrations, data cleansing and custom imports require separate scoping.
Can the workshop run remotely or on site?
The workshop can take place remotely or, by agreement, on site. For an on-site session, we align the organizational details and any applicable travel time and expenses transparently in advance.
Is the workshop included in the subscription?
No. It is an optional, separately scoped professional service for customers who want a faster guided implementation. Doconio can also be introduced without the workshop.
