The workshop combines Doconio onboarding with practical guidance for the selected process. We structure the use case together, contribute recommendations and translate the result into the software. It does not replace legal or regulatory advice where a separate review is required.
What does productive in one day mean?
We focus on one clearly defined starting process and make it usable with real or expressly approved example data. This gives your team a practical foundation that can be expanded step by step after the workshop.
What must be prepared beforehand?
For a productive day, we need the relevant key users, one prioritized use case, clarified roles and access, and representative data that may be used during the workshop. We coordinate the preparation with you beforehand.
Is full data migration included?
We use representative starting data for the shared setup. If larger historical datasets, data cleansing or custom imports are relevant, we include them in the implementation plan and agree the appropriate next step with you.
Can the workshop run remotely or on site?
The workshop can take place remotely or, if useful, on site. We discuss which format best supports your team and coordinate the details together in advance.
Is the workshop included in the subscription?
The workshop is an optional onboarding offer tailored to the agreed scope. We will discuss with you whether it adds value for your starting situation. Doconio can also be introduced independently.
