Data we process
We keep this website data-minimizing. We do not use analytics or advertising services, and we do not embed external third-party content. Fonts are served locally.
When you access the website, technically necessary data may be processed, for example IP address, date and time of access, requested URL, browser type, operating system, and transferred data volume. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR; our legitimate interest is the secure and stable operation of the website.
If you use the early-access form or contact us by email, we process the information you provide, for example name, business email address, company, area of interest, company size, reason for the request, and message. We use this information only to process your request and communicate with you. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where the request relates to pre-contractual steps, and otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
Technical logs as well as contact and request information are retained only for as long as necessary for operation, processing, security purposes, or legal obligations.
We do not use cookies for analytics, advertising, or profiling.
Service providers
We do not disclose personal data for advertising purposes. For operation, hosting, and technical processing, we use in particular Microsoft Ireland Operations Limited or affiliated Microsoft entities as the provider of Microsoft Azure. The website is delivered through Azure Static Web Apps; the early-access form is processed through Azure Functions and Azure Communication Services.
According to our infrastructure configuration, the Doconio marketing website is intended to run in Azure West Europe. Azure Communication Services for email delivery is intended to use the Europe geography. Microsoft documents that data may also transit or be processed in other regions to provide the service. Where this involves transfers to third countries, Microsoft relies on appropriate safeguards, in particular the Microsoft Data Protection Addendum and EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
Your rights
Subject to the statutory requirements, you have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and objection to certain processing activities. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.
Security
This website is delivered via TLS encryption. Please note that email communication may still have security gaps despite technical safeguards.
